This is a free service with no annual fees or registration fees that allows you to enjoy shopping conveniently and at great value.
By registering as a member, you can use the point system shared between the online shop and the store.

*If you want to use the point system at the store, you will need the "Amavel official app."

Introducing membership ranks and benefits

We offer four membership ranks based on annual (365 day) purchase amounts.
Membership rank is updated daily (at 10:00), and will fluctuate depending on the cumulative purchase amount.

*The annual purchase amount is the combined total of purchase amounts from the Online Shop and in-store.
(There are some differences between the store and the online shop)
*Sale items are not eligible for annual purchase amounts or points.

*Amounts purchased without registering as a member will not be counted.
We do not accept returns for such reasons.
*If a cancellation or refusal to receive occurs, the total purchase amount will not be added to the total.

[About birthday points]

■You will receive 500 points starting from 10:00 on the 1st of your birthday month.

■ Validity period is 30 days
*For customers who join in the middle of their birthday month, points will be awarded at 11:00 am the day after they join and will be valid for 30 days from the date of award.

[Points Awarding]

■The point redemption rate varies from 1% to 5% of the purchase amount (excluding tax) depending on your membership rank.
■Sale items are excluded. (Some differences exist between the Online Shop and in-store)
■Points awarded can be used for one year from the date of award.
■Points will expire one year after the date of award.

[Using points]

■Points can be used in stores and online shops.
■Points can be used as 1 yen per point.
■Points cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits (coupons, etc.).

Order cancellation and consolidation

[How to order]

You can check your order history on your My Page, and after your order is completed, it will be divided into three statuses.

"Not shipped" → "Preparing for delivery" → "Delivered"

■ In case of cancellation

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

▼How to cancel
1) From the top of your My Page, click the "Details" button to the right of the order number you want to cancel.

2) On the order details page for the order you want to cancel, click the "Cancel Order" button on the right

3) Check the confirmation screen and click the "Cancel order" button.

Once completed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been cancelled.

Customers cannot consolidate (package) items themselves.
Please contact the Amavel Online Shop office only if you absolutely need to combine (ship) your items for some reason.

*Even if you contact us, we may not be able to consolidate your orders depending on the status of your order.
*It may take some time for us to respond to your request for consolidation (packaging together).

There may be a time lag before your order is processed and the product is shipped.
We cannot accept cancellations once an item has been shipped.
When ordering, please be careful not to use the combined shipping service.
