Membership Services

This is a free service with no annual or registration fees, where membership ranks are set according to the amount of shopping, and each rank offers special benefits.

*If you wish to use the member service (point system) at the store, you will need the "Amavel official app."

Membership tiers and benefits

We offer five membership levels based on annual purchase amounts.


Membership rank is updated daily (at midnight) and will fluctuate depending on the cumulative purchase amount.

*The annual purchase amount is the total of purchase amounts from the Online Shop and in-store.
(Some details may differ between stores and online shops)
*Amounts purchased without registering as a member will not be counted.
We do not accept returns for such reasons.
*If a cancellation or refusal to accept the order occurs, the total purchase amount will not be added.

[Membership benefits]

New members will receive 500 points as a gift.
New membership points are valid for one year from the date of enrollment.


[ About the members-only sale ]

■During the member-only sale (members sale) period, you can purchase items at a discount rate according to your membership rank on the day of purchase.

*Membership ranks are updated daily (at 0:00 every day ) , so please check your membership rank on the day of use.

[About birthday points]

■You will receive 500 points starting from 10:00 on the 1st of your birthday month.
■Valid for 30 days

*For customers who join during their birthday month, points will be awarded at 10:00 the day after joining and will be valid for 30 days from the date of award.

[Points Awarding]

■The point redemption rate varies from 1% to 5% of the purchase amount (excluding tax) depending on your membership rank.
■The points awarded can be used for one year from the date of award.
■Points will expire one year after they are awarded.


[Using points]

■Points can be used in stores and online shops.
■Points can be used as 1 yen per point.
■Points cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits (coupons, etc.).


[Note about free shipping]

If the default customer information does not match the shipping address information at the time of ordering, free shipping may not be applied.
The default information will be the most recent shipping address information unless you change it yourself, so be sure to check it when placing your order.




Cancelling an order

[Order process]

You can check your order history on your My Page, and after completing your order, it will be divided into three statuses.

"Not shipped" → "Preparing for delivery" → "Delivered"

■ In case of cancellation

You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.

▼How to cancel
1) From the top of your My Page, click the "Details" button to the right of the order number you want to cancel.

2) Click the "Cancel Order" button on the right side of the order details page you want to cancel.

3) Check the confirmation screen and click the "Cancel order" button.

Once completed, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been cancelled.



Issuance of qualified invoices

At the Online Shop, customers can now issue their own qualified invoices.

As a procedure

After logging in, select "Receipt" from "Purchase History" on "My Page." A qualified invoice will be displayed, so please print it out and use it.

*Issuance will be per order number.
*This is the name of the customer who placed the order.
