This is a free service that allows you to enjoy shopping conveniently and at great value without any annual membership fees or registration fees.
By registering as a member, you can use the point system that is common to both the online shop and the store.

*If you use the point system at a store, you will need the "Amavel official app".

Introduction to membership ranks and benefits

We offer four membership ranks depending on the annual (365 days) purchase amount.
Membership rank is updated every day (at 10:00 a.m.), and membership rank changes up or down depending on the cumulative purchase amount.

*The annual purchase amount is the sum of the online shop and store purchases.
(There are some differences between stores and Online Shop)
*Sale items are not eligible for annual purchase amount or points.
(There are some differences between stores and Online Shop)
*The amount purchased without registering as a member will not be recorded.
We also do not accept returns for such reasons.
*In the event of cancellation or refusal of receipt, it will not be added to the cumulative purchase amount.

[About birthday points]

■We will give you 500 points sequentially from 10:00 on the 1st of your birthday month.

■Validity period is 30 days
*For customers who join during their birthday month, points will be awarded at 11:00 a.m. the day after joining, and will be valid for 30 days from the date of grant.

[Awarding points]

■The point return rate varies from 1% to 5% of the purchase amount (excluding tax) depending on the membership rank.
■Sale items are not eligible. (There are some differences between Online Shop and store)
■The points awarded can be used for one year from the date of grant.
■Points that have passed one year from the date of grant will disappear.

[Use of points]

■Points can be used in stores and Online Shop.
■Points can be used at a rate of 1 yen per point.
■Points cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits (coupons, etc.).

Order cancellation and consolidation function

[Order flow]

You can check your order history on My Page, and after completing your order, it will be divided into three statuses.

"Not yet shipped" → "Preparing for delivery" → "Delivered"

■In case of cancellation

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.

▼How to cancel
1) Click the "Details" button on the right side of the order number you want to cancel from the top of my page.

2) Click the "Cancel Order" button on the right side of the order details page you wish to cancel.

3) Confirm on the confirmation screen and click the "Cancel order" button

After completing your order, we will send you an email notifying you of the cancellation of your order.

You cannot combine (combine) your own items.
Please contact the Amavel Online Shop office only if you wish to combine (combined) items due to certain circumstances.

*Even if you contact us, we may not be able to accept combined orders depending on your order status.
*It may take some time for us to respond to you after we contact you regarding the summary (bundling).

In some cases, there may be a time lag in response and the product may not be shipped.
We cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.
When ordering, we would appreciate it if you could be careful not to use the combined (bundled) option.
