Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for orders over 10,000 yen (tax included).
If the amount is less than this, shipping fees will be set based on your area.

Shipping fees for members vary depending on their membership rank.

Regarding delivery date and time specification

We are currently unable to accommodate specific delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.
If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please check the Yamato Transport inquiry number after shipping and contact Yamato Transport directly.

If the item is a pre-order item and will be delivered at a later date, you cannot specify the delivery date and time.
For regular products, you can specify the delivery date and time on the "Enter Order Information" page when placing your order.
Please select your desired "Delivery Date". You can specify the delivery date and time within 5 to 10 days after the order date.
Please note that there are some areas where this service is not available, such as remote islands.

*If no specification is made, the item will be delivered as soon as possible. (Usually shipped within 2 days from the date of order)
* We may not be able to accommodate your request due to bad weather or traffic conditions.
* Delivery will be made within the desired time frame.
* We can change the delivery time after your order has been completed, as long as the ordered items are not in the "Preparing for delivery" status.
Please check "Check your order history and delivery status" on "My Page" .
* Information about the date and time of delivery after shipment will be included in the "Order Shipping Notification" email.
Please contact Yamato Transport directly, stating the inquiry number.
* You can also check the status of your package after it has been shipped on the Yamato Transport website .
*Please note that delivery times may differ from normal during long holidays such as the New Year's holidays and Golden Week.
* If we are unable to deliver the product due to it being sold out or defective, you will be contacted by the Amavel Online Shop office.

Long-term absence/refusal to receive parcels

[In case of long-term absence]
If you are not at home, Yamato Transport will leave a delivery slip in your mailbox.
After checking, please contact Yamato Transport directly.
If you are not at home, your package will be stored at the nearest Yamato Transport office for approximately one week from the date of shipment.

* If we are unable to confirm receipt of your package within the storage period, your order will be canceled.
* If your order is canceled, you will be charged for the shipping costs both ways.
An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
* Please note that if we do not receive confirmation of your payment within the specified period after invoicing, you will no longer be able to make purchases.
* We cannot redeliver packages that have been canceled.

[In case of refusal to receive the item/cancellation due to customer's convenience]
Refusal to receive or cancellation due to customer convenience is not permitted.

* If your order is canceled, you will be charged for the shipping costs both ways.
An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
* Please note that if we do not receive confirmation of your payment within the specified period after invoicing, you will no longer be able to make purchases.

About combined shipping

Customers cannot consolidate (package) items themselves.
If you absolutely must use the combined shipping service, please contact the Amavel Online Shop office by email.

*Due to the status of your order, we are unable to combine orders.
*We cannot accept your order once the status is "preparing for delivery."
*It may take some time for us to respond to your request for consolidation (packaging together).
*We will only accept one combined shipment per order number.
*There may be cases where there is a time lag before we can respond and the product is shipped.
*We cannot accept cancellations once the product has been shipped.
*Even if you fulfill the fair conditions after bundling, you will not be eligible for the bonus.
