About delivery date and time designation

Currently, we are unable to accept specified delivery times. note that.
If you wish to specify the delivery date and time, please check the Sagawa Express inquiry number after shipping and contact Sagawa Express directly.

You cannot specify the delivery date and time for pre-order items that will be delivered at a later date.
For regular products, you can specify the delivery date and delivery time on the "Enter order information" page when placing an order.
Please select your preferred delivery date. You can specify the delivery date and time within the period of 5 to 10 days after the order date.
Please note that some areas such as remote islands are not available.

If you are not at home, it will be stored at the nearest Sagawa Express office for about one week from the date of shipment.

* If we cannot confirm receipt of your package within the storage period, it will be treated as a cancellation.
* If your order is canceled, you will be billed for the round-trip shipping fee.
We will send an invoice to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
* Please note that if payment cannot be confirmed within the period after billing, you will not be able to make further purchases.
* Packages that have been canceled cannot be redelivered.
