Delivery time *Regarding stock, as we also sell products in physical stores, there may be cases where we are unable to provide the product after you place your order due to it being sold out or a defect being discovered.

Regarding returns: <br>Once you receive the product, please check immediately to make sure it is the same as what you ordered.

We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible. We will cover the shipping costs, so please send the item by cash on delivery.

Regarding refusal to accept delivery or long-term absence <br>If delivery cannot be confirmed due to refusal to accept delivery after delivery or long-term absence, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping fee from our warehouse to the nearest Sagawa Express office.
The round-trip shipping fee will be charged to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.
If payment is not confirmed within the period after billing, the payment method you used will no longer be available.

Regarding defective products <br>We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product.
After that, please return the item to us in the same condition as when it was delivered, with postage paid by us. After checking the condition, if the item is found to be defective, we will exchange it for a good item in accordance with our company regulations.
If we do not have a replacement product in stock, we will refund the product price in cash.
