Changing your order
Members can cancel their orders themselves by logging in and going to "My Page" -> "Check Order History and Shipping Status."
However, this only applies to orders that are in the "New Order" or "Confirmed" status.
Also, we cannot accept changes to color or size, so please cancel your order and make a purchase again.
If you do not receive an order completion or other email

Other points to note when ordering
If you are purchasing multiple items, after adding one item to your cart, be sure to return to the product list page by clicking "Continue Shopping" and add the next item to your cart.
If you add items to your cart by opening multiple browsers or tabs at the same time and adding them all at once, or by using any method other than those mentioned above, it may cause problems with your order due to the load on your communication.
