There are some changes due to the site renewal.

1. Change of payment method (settlement method)
The available payment methods (settlement methods) will change.
The new payment method is as follows.
●Credit card payment ●Paidy deferred payment ●AmazonPay
*Please note that cash on delivery payment is no longer available.
2. About membership
For those who have logged in even once after 2018, the membership information and membership rank will continue even after the renewal .
However, favorite products and credit card information will not be carried over. Please note.
In addition, the password you used on the old site will be reset. To continue membership registration, you will need to set a new password again. For details, please refer to "How to reset your password after site renewal" below.
For those who have not logged in since 2018, we are very sorry, but your membership information and membership rank will not be continued. Please note that you will need to register as a new member again after the renewal. If you wish to continue, please log in by the end date of the existing site (17:59 on Wednesday, August 15, 2022).

For smartphones, click the three lines at the top left of the page ( ) (at the top of the TOP page for PCs) and click "Login"
Click "Forgot your password?" on the page
Enter the email address you used for membership registration and click the send button
An email with the subject "Reset your password for your account" will be sent to the email address you entered, so click the "Reset Password" button in the email.

3. Securing products
After the site renewal, the product will be secured when the payment is completed and the order is completed .
Please note that the inventory is not secured when the customer puts the product in the shopping cart.
In addition, the expiration date of the shopping cart is 14 days, and the products added to the shopping cart will be displayed in the cart during that time, but it may be sold out before the order is completed.
4, Summary (included)
It is not possible for the customer to combine (bundle) the items themselves .
Please contact the AmavelOnlineShop secretariat only if you absolutely want to combine (include) due to circumstances.
*Even if you contact us, we may not be able to combine (include) your order depending on the customer's order status.
*It may take some time for us to respond after contacting you for a summary (included).
In some cases, there may be a time lag before we can respond and the product may be shipped.
We cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.
Please note that it will be bundled only once per order number.
We would appreciate it if you could be careful not to use the package (enclosed) when ordering.
5. CouponsAfter the site renewal, the point grant fair will be abolished.
Instead, we will hold a fair using coupons.
