Request for email reception settings

At Amavel Online Shop, we will send you emails to confirm your order and contact you.

Currently, we are experiencing an increase in customers whose emails have not been delivered.
Please check once again to make sure that your email address is correct and that you have correctly configured it to receive emails from us.

Please note that if we are unable to contact you after you place an order, we may have to cancel it.


If you don't receive an email, it may be due to the following reasons:

When a domain is specified when registering a mobile email address, etc.

If you have specified a domain to block spam when registering with your mobile phone email address, you may not receive emails from "amavel.jp".
If you have specified domain reception settings, please set it to allow reception from "@amavel.jp".

②If you are using a free email address

There are many cases where emails from "amavel.jp" are judged as "spam" by the spam prevention functions of Yahoo! Mail (yahoo), G-mail (google), iCloud (Apple), etc., and are automatically sorted into the spam folder or trash instead of the inbox.
Please also check your spam and trash folders for any emails you may have received.
In addition, please set your email settings to allow reception from "amavel.jp".

If you do not receive the email, please log in to your webmail account, check your spam folder, view the email, and click "Not spam" in the upper right corner to make it easier to receive the email next time.


3. If the registered email address is incorrect

If your registered email address is incorrect, you will not receive the email.
Please double check the email address you entered before sending.


④ If your mailbox is full

If the email capacity of your contracted provider is full, you will not be able to receive emails, so please check.


⑤If there is a period (.) immediately before the @, or if the address has consecutive periods before the @

If your email address has a period (.) immediately before the @ or has multiple periods before the @, you will not be able to send emails from a PC. Please register a different address.
