The highlight is the wide tulle lace sandwiched between the yoke, giving it a cape-like appearance. 
The cuffs also feature ruffles made from the same material as the body, plus wide tulle lace ruffles, creating a glamorous look all the way down to the hands. 
Rose buttons are used on the placket and cuffs, adding a subtle touch. 
The ribbon brooch on the chest is made from the same fabric as the skirt sold on the same day, and has a pearl chain and pearl oval button sewn on.
