      If you do not receive these emails, it could be for one of the following reasons:

      ■If you are using a free email (Yahoo mail (Yahoo!), Hotmail (MSN), Gmail (google)), etc.■

      If you are using a free email service, the email from our shop will be judged as "spam" by the spam prevention function.
      There are many cases where emails are automatically sorted into the spam folder or trash can instead of the inbox.
      Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders as well.
      Also, please set the reception permission setting.

      ■When a domain is specified in mobile email address registration■

      If you have registered with your mobile phone email address and have specified a domain for anti-spam measures,

      If none of the above apply and you do not receive an email, please contact the Amavel Online Shop office.
